In todays world, where environmental impact analysis of major utility and industrial projects is increasingly prevalent, CSM designers work closely with Clients and Environmental agencies to minimise the effects of venting Boiler, Heater or Process gases into the atmosphere. From heater, boiler or vessel to emission point, a careful design of the system is required to ensure there is a balance between the draught and emission rates to maximise economy of plant operation.

Our considerable Utility and Petrochem experience in handling gases ranging from 40oC to 1100oC; with high water and chloride contents at lower temperatures to noxious gases at high temperatures, is utilised todesign and construct a Technically correct and Cost Effective Chimney and Ductwork System for any project.

With our Turnkey Experience in China Taiwan and Indonesia, we have specialist knowledge for designing in areas where environmental and geological conditions such as Earthquake, Typhoon, extremes of temperature and weak ground strata are particularly severe.

Construction is undertaken using modern purpose designed equipment. Our crews have worked in every country of Asia and the Far East and are very capable of adapting to local requirements. CSM has slipformed structures up to 35 metres in diameter and handled individual Liner lifting up to 650 tons, all using in-house designed and manufactured equipment. All aspects of construction - Foundation, Windshield, Liner, Corrosion Protection, AWL's and internal electric, rack pinion hoist painting are handled by CSM.
